When I went to the gym today, I saw a poster of a “Workout party” the gym is going to have next week. Of course, all members and non-members are invited. They encourage their members to bring their friends and families to try out their group classes, and the equipment.

Can you put that idea to use in your business? Many home based business, or MLM business, like to use party to attract clients, such as tupperware party, jewelry party, cosmetics party, winte tasting etc. I have heard of dentists host parties on special days for their customers as well.

Hosting a party doesn’t need to be complicated, depending on your goal, you can host it in a park, or a restaurant, or simply in your office. Invite your clients and bring their friends as well. This is the best way to get referrals from your existing clients as well.

 Set a goal of what you want to achieve before you host the party. For workout, tupperware, and jewelry parties, apparrently they want to give their customers some fun, and try to get more business. Having an event can be fun and profitable.
